Will my customers notice?

Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. Décrochia activates through simple call forwarding (after hours, when busy, or always — depending on your plan), which you can switch off at any time.
What happens after a call?
You immediately receive an SMS with the summary: who called, why, their contact details, the appointment booked. The customer receives a confirmation SMS. Nothing gets lost.
Can the assistant answer questions about MY business?
